The Economy
Your company Economy Information Center is an integral component of your company. Every transaction within the last 3 days is recorded here. Every ship upgrade, every commodity you've purchased, every commodity you've sold, and many other details are all automatically tracked. At the bottom of the sheet is the most important part, your total expenses and total income for the last 3 days. To view your economic status, click Economy on the left navigation menu.

The Economy Information Center is critical because it tells you directly if your business is making any credits. In the beginning, as you assemble and equip your fleet, it is normal to operate at a loss. As you develop good trade routes, however, you should begin to see your net income increase.

The following table is a summary of every category available in the Economy Information Center. All of the categories appear in the Economy Information Center as either an Income or an Expense, and are totaled at the bottom of the page.
