Account Control
In the Account Control Center, you can change your password, report a bug or a cheater, delete your account, and change the color scheme of your screens. If you are a Premium accountholder, you can enter the URL of a company logo, which will be displayed on your Company Status screen for all to see.

Changing your password will generate an email containing the new password and send it to the email address you used for creating your account. Keep this email because Star Trades does not store your password and if you lose or forget it, there is no way to retrieve it for you.

Choose a good password, one with at least 8 characters, including upper and lower case letters and numbers. Do not use special characters. Do not use words or combinations of words, nor any set of letters that is similar or related to your login ID or company name.

To report cheating or a bug, click on the buttons and fill out their respective forms, adding as much information as you can.

If you can't or don't wish to continue to manage your company, you can delete your account. Should you delete your account, your company will be immediately and permanently dissolved by the Star Traders Association. There is no way to resurrect your company once you've resigned from it, so choose this option carefully.

To change the color scheme of your screens, simply pick a new one from the drop-down menu and click submit. You'll have to logout and login again to see the changes.
